Hi!

I'm Shannon--a seasoned travel agent with over 15 years of industry experience! I'm a born-and-raised Floridian from Fort Lauderdale, located in South Florida. In 2006 I moved to Orlando to pursue my degree in Hospitality Management, and after earning my degree I started my career as a concierge operating out of numerous luxury hotels in the Orlando area. During my tenure as concierge, I worked in resorts on both the Universal Orlando and Walt Disney World properties assisting guests with vacation packages and helping them plan their stay. With the start of 2020 I shifted my focus to a career as a travel agent, carrying over the exceptional customer service skills as well as expert-level of travel knowledge I acquired in my years as concierge.

Although Disney and Universal will always be my favorites, as a licensed travel advisor with Travelmation, I'm an expert in a wide variety of destinations and travel services! I also have a keen understanding of diverse travel needs, making me an expert in customizing and adapting specialized itineraries. With firsthand experience of living with a gluten intolerance and having family members with specific accessibility needs, I've honed my knowledge of accessible travel. I can relate to the unique requirements of safe and enjoyable travel for a wide-range of special needs, including mobility impairments, autism spectrum disorders, celiac/gluten-free diets, and more. And as a mom of four girls, I'm also quite well versed in the joys and stresses of family travel planning!

When I'm not planning amazing expeditions across the globe, you can usually find me at a Disney Park or other Central Florida attraction. My love of Dole Whip is near and dear to me, as it is both Gluten Free and Dairy Free/Vegan! While I visit the parks multiple times a month to stay on top of the latest changes, cruising is my favorite way to travel. I've also visited over a dozen countries and never want to stop getting my passport stamped at new destinations. Creating memories with my loved ones is the most important thing to me, and I hope you'll let me assist in creating memories for you, too!
